👩🍳 How to make Spinach Paratha
- Knead flour, salt, oil, water into soft dough (5 min); rest 10 min.
- Squeeze water from spinach.
- Heat oil; fry onions until golden (1.5 min, 170°C).
- Add ginger, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
- Add spinach, salt; cook 1 min.
- Cool.
- Divide dough into 4 balls; flatten.
- Place spinach mixture on half; fold, seal edges.
- Roll gently to 5mm.
- Cook on tawa at 180°C: 2 min per side until golden.
- Color bronze with green visible, texture flaky, aroma herbal.
