👩🍳 How to make Sooji Halwa
- Heat ghee to 150°C; add almonds, cashews; fry until golden (1 min).
- Add raisins; fry 30 sec.
- Remove; set aside.
- In same ghee, add semolina; fry 3 min until golden, stirring constantly.
- Dissolve sugar in water; add to semolina carefully.
- Cook 6 min until liquid absorbed, stirring often.
- Add cardamom, fried nuts; mix well.
- Color golden-brown, texture dense and moist, aroma sweet-nutty.
