👩‍🍳 How to make Sooji Halwa

  1. Heat ghee to 150°C; add almonds, cashews; fry until golden (1 min).
  2. Add raisins; fry 30 sec.
  3. Remove; set aside.
  4. In same ghee, add semolina; fry 3 min until golden, stirring constantly.
  5. Dissolve sugar in water; add to semolina carefully.
  6. Cook 6 min until liquid absorbed, stirring often.
  7. Add cardamom, fried nuts; mix well.
  8. Color golden-brown, texture dense and moist, aroma sweet-nutty.
