  1. Heat ghee; add cumin seeds (40 sec, 140°C).
  2. Add ginger, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add peanuts, coconut; fry 1 min.
  4. Add soaked sabudana; stir gently (2 min, 150°C).
  5. Add salt, lemon juice; cook 5 min on low heat until pearls turn translucent.
