- Heat ghee to 150°C; fry cashews until golden (1 min).
- Add raisins; fry 30 sec.
- Remove; set aside.
- In same ghee, add rice; fry 2 min until slightly golden.
- Add water, salt; cook 12 min until rice soft.
- Add milk; cook 4 min.
- Add jaggery, cardamom; cook 1 min until jaggery dissolves.
- Add fried cashews, raisins; mix well.
- Color milky-white, texture creamy, aroma sweet-nutty.
