  1. Heat ghee to 150°C; fry cashews until golden (1 min).
  2. Add raisins; fry 30 sec.
  3. Remove; set aside.
  4. In same ghee, add rice; fry 2 min until slightly golden.
  5. Add water, salt; cook 12 min until rice soft.
  6. Add milk; cook 4 min.
  7. Add jaggery, cardamom; cook 1 min until jaggery dissolves.
  8. Add fried cashews, raisins; mix well.
  9. Color milky-white, texture creamy, aroma sweet-nutty.
