  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add onions, potatoes; fry 2 min until potatoes soften slightly.
  4. Add peas, turmeric; fry 1 min.
  5. Add poha; toss gently (1 min, 160°C).
  6. Add salt, lemon juice; mix well.
