  1. Heat oil to 160°C; add mustard seeds, urad dal (40 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, ginger, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add onions; fry until soft (1.5 min, 170°C).
  4. Add turmeric, salt, water; bring to boil.
  5. Slowly add semolina, stirring constantly.
  6. Reduce heat; cook 5 min until liquid absorbed.
  7. Add lemon juice; mix well.
  8. Color golden, texture fluffy, aroma lemon-spiced.
