- Mix ragi flour, rice flour, urad powder, salt, ginger, green chillies.
- Add water to form thin batter (slightly thicker than dosa batter).
- Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
- Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min until edges crisp (200°C).
- Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
- Color brown-gold, texture crispy, aroma earthy-nutty.
