  1. Mix ragi flour, rice flour, urad powder, salt, ginger, green chillies.
  2. Add water to form thin batter (slightly thicker than dosa batter).
  3. Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
  4. Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min until edges crisp (200°C).
  5. Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
  6. Color brown-gold, texture crispy, aroma earthy-nutty.
