- Rinse quinoa.
- Heat ghee to 140°C; add almonds, raisins; fry until golden (1 min).
- Add quinoa; toast 1 min.
- Add milk, coconut milk, water (100ml), cinnamon, cardamom; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer 12 min until quinoa cooked.
- Add jaggery; stir until dissolved.
- Color cream-brown with nuts visible, texture creamy, aroma sweet-spiced.
