👩‍🍳 How to make Quinoa Porridge

  1. Rinse quinoa.
  2. Heat ghee to 140°C; add almonds, raisins; fry until golden (1 min).
  3. Add quinoa; toast 1 min.
  4. Add milk, coconut milk, water (100ml), cinnamon, cardamom; bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer 12 min until quinoa cooked.
  6. Add jaggery; stir until dissolved.
  7. Color cream-brown with nuts visible, texture creamy, aroma sweet-spiced.
