👩‍🍳 How to make Poha Chivda

  1. Heat oil to 170°C; add mustard seeds, chana dal (40 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, peanuts; fry 2 min until peanuts cooked.
  3. Add cashews; fry 1 min until golden.
  4. Add turmeric, chilli powder; fry 30 sec.
  5. Add poha; toss constantly (2 min, 160°C).
  6. Remove from heat; add salt, lemon juice; toss well.
  7. Spread on plate to cool.
  8. Color golden with roasted bits, texture crunchy throughout, aroma spiced-nutty.
