  1. Blend coconut, coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt to smooth paste.
  2. Coat each fish inside and outside with chutney.
  3. Place fish on banana leaf.
  4. Fold leaf to form packet, securing with toothpicks.
  5. Steam at 100°C for 12 min.
  6. Color pale yellow-green (leaf side), fish cooked, chutney fragrant.
