- Mix rice flour, moong powder, salt, ginger, green chillies, cumin, coconut.
- Add water to form thin batter.
- Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
- Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min until edges curl (200°C).
- Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
- Color pale golden, texture thin and crispy, aroma nutty.
