  1. Mix rice flour, moong powder, salt, ginger, green chillies, cumin, coconut.
  2. Add water to form thin batter.
  3. Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
  4. Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min until edges curl (200°C).
  5. Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
  6. Color pale golden, texture thin and crispy, aroma nutty.
