  1. Heat oil to 170°C; add onions, fry until golden (1.5 min).
  2. Add ginger, green chillies; sauté 30 sec.
  3. Add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder; cook 2 min until soft.
  4. Add paneer; cook 2 min, stirring gently.
  5. Add salt, coriander; mix well.
  6. Color yellow-golden with paneer bits, texture crumbly, aroma spiced.
