👩‍🍳 How to make Nariyal Chawal

  1. Heat ghee in pan; temper mustard seeds until they pop (30 sec, 140°C).
  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add grated coconut; fry 1 min until fragrant.
  4. Add rice, stir 1 min.
  5. Pour coconut milk + 200ml water, salt; bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, cook 12 min until rice is fluffy and liquid absorbed.
  7. Fluff with fork; aroma of coconut rises.
