  1. Mix flour, semolina, baking powder, salt, turmeric.
  2. Beat eggs with oil; add to flour mixture.
  3. Add yogurt; mix to smooth batter.
  4. Fold in onions, green chillies, carrots gently.
  5. Pour into greased muffin cups (fill 2/3).
  6. Bake at 180°C for 18 min until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Color golden-brown, texture moist and crumbly, aroma savory-spiced.
