  1. Knead flour, salt, oil, water (5 min); rest 10 min.
  2. Heat oil; fry onions until golden (1.5 min, 170°C).
  3. Add ginger, green chillies, turmeric; cook 1 min.
  4. Cool.
  5. Divide dough into 4 balls; roll thin (4mm).
  6. Spread filling evenly; roll tightly from one end.
  7. Coil the roll; flatten slightly to 8mm.
  8. Cook on tawa at 180°C: 2.5 min per side until golden.
  9. Color bronze, texture soft, aroma spiced.
