- Knead flour, salt, oil, water (5 min); rest 10 min.
- Heat oil; fry onions until golden (1.5 min, 170°C).
- Add ginger, green chillies, turmeric; cook 1 min.
- Cool.
- Divide dough into 4 balls; roll thin (4mm).
- Spread filling evenly; roll tightly from one end.
- Coil the roll; flatten slightly to 8mm.
- Cook on tawa at 180°C: 2.5 min per side until golden.
