  1. Heat ghee to 140°C; add mustard seeds (40 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, ginger, green chillies; sauté 30 sec.
  3. Add methi; sauté 1 min until fragrant (150°C).
  4. Add turmeric, salt; fry 10 sec.
  5. Add cooked rice; mix gently (1 min, 150°C).
  6. Add lemon juice; mix well.
  7. Color white-gold with green visible, aroma herbal-spiced.
