- Heat ghee to 140°C; add mustard seeds (40 sec).
- Add curry leaves, ginger, green chillies; sauté 30 sec.
- Add methi; sauté 1 min until fragrant (150°C).

- Add cooked rice; mix gently (1 min, 150°C).
- Add lemon juice; mix well.
