- Rinse poha gently under water; drain.
- Heat oil; temper mustard seeds, urad dal (40 sec, 160°C).
- Add onions, green chillies; fry until soft (1.5 min, 170°C).
- Add turmeric, fish pieces; stir-fry 2 min until fish opaque.
- Add poha; toss well (1 min, 160°C).
- Drizzle lemon juice, salt; mix gently.
- Color pale gold, texture light and fluffy, fish flakes soft.
