👩‍🍳 How to make Meen Poha

  1. Rinse poha gently under water; drain.
  2. Heat oil; temper mustard seeds, urad dal (40 sec, 160°C).
  3. Add onions, green chillies; fry until soft (1.5 min, 170°C).
  4. Add turmeric, fish pieces; stir-fry 2 min until fish opaque.
  5. Add poha; toss well (1 min, 160°C).
  6. Drizzle lemon juice, salt; mix gently.
  7. Color pale gold, texture light and fluffy, fish flakes soft.
