👩‍🍳 How to make Meen Paratha

  1. Knead flour, salt, oil, water into smooth dough (5 min); rest 10 min.
  2. Heat oil; fry onions until pale gold (1.5 min, 170°C).
  3. Add ginger-garlic, green chillies; sauté 30 sec.
  4. Add fish, turmeric, salt; cook 4 min until dry.
  5. Cool.
  6. Divide dough into 4 balls; roll thin (3mm).
  7. Place filling on half; fold, seal edges.
  8. Roll gently to 5mm thickness.
  9. Cook on tawa at 180°C for 2 min per side until golden.
  10. Color bronze, texture flaky, fish aroma strong.
