👩🍳 How to make Meen Paratha
- Knead flour, salt, oil, water into smooth dough (5 min); rest 10 min.
- Heat oil; fry onions until pale gold (1.5 min, 170°C).
- Add ginger-garlic, green chillies; sauté 30 sec.
- Add fish, turmeric, salt; cook 4 min until dry.
- Cool.
- Divide dough into 4 balls; roll thin (3mm).
- Place filling on half; fold, seal edges.
- Roll gently to 5mm thickness.
- Cook on tawa at 180°C for 2 min per side until golden.
- Color bronze, texture flaky, fish aroma strong.
