- Add ginger, green chillies; sauté 30 sec.
- Add fish; stir-fry 1 min until cooked.
- Add rice, turmeric, soy sauce; toss constantly (3 min, 180°C).
- Add salt, coriander; mix well.
- Color white-golden with fish flecks, each grain separate, aroma umami-spiced.
