- Mix rice flour, urad powder, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste.
- Add water to form smooth batter (consistency of thin cream).
- Fold in flaked fish gently.
- Heat tawa to 200°C; pour oil.
- Spread batter thin (0.5cm), cook 4 min until edges brown.
- Flip; cook 2 min until crispy and golden.
- Color deep golden, edges crispy, fish pieces visible, aroma spiced-coconut.
