  1. Mix rice flour, urad powder, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add water to form smooth batter (consistency of thin cream).
  3. Fold in flaked fish gently.
  4. Heat tawa to 200°C; pour oil.
  5. Spread batter thin (0.5cm), cook 4 min until edges brown.
  6. Flip; cook 2 min until crispy and golden.
  7. Color deep golden, edges crispy, fish pieces visible, aroma spiced-coconut.
