👩‍🍳 How to make Meen Curry Thali

  1. Heat oil to 170°C; add mustard seeds (40 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add onions; fry until golden (2 min, 170°C).
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste; sauté 1 min.
  5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander; cook 3 min until tomatoes soft.
  6. Add fish, salt; cook 4 min until fish opaque.
  7. Add coconut milk; simmer 12 min until fish cooked and sauce coats fish.
  8. Color reddish-brown, fish flakes easily, sauce thick and aromatic.
  9. Serve with cooked rice.
