  1. Marinate fish with yogurt, ginger-garlic, turmeric, green chillies; set aside.
  2. Heat ghee + oil to 170°C; fry onions until golden (2 min, 170°C).
  3. Remove half onions; set aside.
  4. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves; fry 30 sec.
  5. Add rice; stir-fry 1 min.
  6. Add water, salt, marinated fish; bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low; cover, cook 18 min until rice cooked, fish tender.
  8. Garnish with fried onions.
