  1. Heat milk to 70°C in pan.
  2. Add turmeric, ginger, cardamom, black pepper.
  3. Simmer 5 min on low heat (70°C) until fragrant.
  4. Strain through fine sieve.
  5. Add honey, ghee.
  6. Pour into cups.
  7. Color golden-yellow, aroma spiced-sweet.
