  1. Heat ghee; add cumin seeds (40 sec, 140°C).
  2. Add ginger, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add rice, dal; stir-fry 1 min.
  4. Add turmeric, salt, water; bring to boil.
  5. Add fish, stir gently; reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover; cook 15 min until rice and dal soft, fish cooked.
  7. Color golden with white rice grains, fish visible, aroma aromatic.
