  1. Heat oil to 140°C; add mustard seeds, urad dal (40 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger; sauté 30 sec.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Mix cooked rice, yogurt, milk, salt in bowl.
  5. Add tempering; mix gently.
