  1. Heat oil to 170°C; add mustard seeds (40 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
  3. Add onions; fry until golden (2 min, 170°C).
  4. Add ginger-garlic; sauté 1 min.
  5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli, coriander; cook 3 min until soft.
  6. Add crabs, salt; stir-fry 3 min.
  7. Add coconut milk; simmer 12 min until crab meat cooked.
  8. Color reddish-gold, crab shells red, sauce thick and creamy.
