👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Halwa

  1. Heat ghee to 150°C; add coconut; fry 3 min until golden, stirring often.
  2. Add cashews, raisins; fry 1 min until golden.
  3. Dissolve sugar in water; add to coconut mixture.
  4. Cook 8 min on medium heat (150°C), stirring constantly until moisture evaporates.
  5. Add cardamom; mix well.
  6. Remove from heat; halwa should be moist but hold shape.
  7. Color golden-brown, texture dense and moist, aroma sweet-nutty.
