  1. Mix millet flour, salt, turmeric.
  2. Add water, oil to form soft dough (knead 3 min).
  3. Rest 5 min.
  4. Divide into 4 balls; roll to 6mm thickness on plastic sheet.
  5. Cook on tawa at 180°C: 2.5 min per side until golden.
  6. Color golden-brown, texture thick and wholesome, aroma earthy.
