  1. Mix besan, salt, turmeric; add water to form thin batter.
  2. Fold in onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander.
  3. Heat tawa to 200°C; pour oil.
  4. Spread batter thin (0.5cm); cook 3 min until golden (200°C).
  5. Flip; cook 2 min until edges crispy.
  6. Color golden-yellow, texture thin and crispy, aroma spiced.
