  1. Mix rice flour, urad powder, salt, 40g coconut, jaggery, cardamom.
  2. Add water to form thin batter (consistency of buttermilk).
  3. Heat tawa to 190°C; grease with oil.
  4. Pour batter, spread thin; cook 2.5 min until light brown (190°C).
  5. Flip; sprinkle remaining coconut; cook 2 min.
  6. Color light brown, texture soft and slightly sticky, sweet aroma.
