👩🍳 How to make Wild Mushroom Khichdi
- Rinse rice and dal.
- Slice mushrooms into ½cm pieces.
- Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, onions (2 mins, light brown at 90°C).
- Add ginger, mushrooms, cook 3 mins.
- Add rice, dal, turmeric, salt, water.
- Boil (100°C), cover, reduce to low (65°C), cook 20-25 mins.
- Visual cue: grains tender, mushrooms soft.
- Serve hot.
