👩‍🍳 How to make Wild Mushroom Khichdi

  1. Rinse rice and dal.
  2. Slice mushrooms into ½cm pieces.
  3. Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, onions (2 mins, light brown at 90°C).
  4. Add ginger, mushrooms, cook 3 mins.
  5. Add rice, dal, turmeric, salt, water.
  6. Boil (100°C), cover, reduce to low (65°C), cook 20-25 mins.
  7. Visual cue: grains tender, mushrooms soft.
  8. Serve hot.
