- Soak rice, urad dal, fenugreek 4 hours.
- Grind to smooth batter with salt and water (30 mins).
- Rest batter 6 hours.
- Heat griddle to high (150°C).
- Pour batter, spread thin.
- Sprinkle vegetables, green chilies.
- Cook 2 mins until golden, flip, cook 1 min.
