- Mix all flours with salt, onions, chilies.
- Add water gradually to stiff dough (2 mins).
- Divide into 3 balls.
- Heat griddle to high (120°C).
- Wet hands, slap dough directly onto griddle, flatten to 5-inch circle.
- Cook 1.5 mins, flip, cook 1 min.
- Brush oil.
