  1. Blend corn kernels with ¼ cup water to paste.
  2. Boil remaining water with salt (100°C), add corn paste slowly (stirring to avoid lumps).
  3. Add milk, ghee, jaggery, cardamom.
  4. Cook on low heat (70°C) for 10-12 mins.
  5. Visual cue: creamy, sweet corn aroma.
