👩‍🍳 How to make Semolina Pudding

  1. Heat 15ml ghee, roast semolina on low heat (70°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring, until light golden.
  2. Add 5ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min), remove.
  3. Heat milk and water (90°C).
  4. Add to roasted semolina slowly while stirring constantly.
  5. Add jaggery, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves.
  6. Cook on low heat (70°C) for 8-10 mins, stirring often, until thick.
  7. Garnish with fried nuts.
  8. Visual cue: thick, creamy, smooth.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. Heat level: low.
