👩🍳 How to make Semolina Pudding
- Heat 15ml ghee, roast semolina on low heat (70°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring, until light golden.
- Add 5ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min), remove.
- Heat milk and water (90°C).
- Add to roasted semolina slowly while stirring constantly.
- Add jaggery, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves.
- Cook on low heat (70°C) for 8-10 mins, stirring often, until thick.
- Garnish with fried nuts.
- Visual cue: thick, creamy, smooth.
- Serve warm.
- Heat level: low.
