- Soak sabudana 30 mins in water.
- Boil potatoes until tender (10 mins at 100°C), cube.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, chilies, ginger (30 secs).
- Add drained sabudana, potatoes, salt, cook 5-7 mins on low heat (65°C), stirring occasionally.
- Add peanuts, lemon juice.
- Visual cue: sabudana transparent, potatoes soft.
- Serve warm.
