  1. Soak sabudana 30 mins in water.
  2. Boil potatoes until tender (10 mins at 100°C), cube.
  3. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, chilies, ginger (30 secs).
  4. Add drained sabudana, potatoes, salt, cook 5-7 mins on low heat (65°C), stirring occasionally.
  5. Add peanuts, lemon juice.
  6. Visual cue: sabudana transparent, potatoes soft.
  7. Serve warm.
