👩🍳 How to make Rice Pudding with Dates
- Heat 10ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
- Heat milk (90°C).
- Mix rice flour with 100ml cold milk to smooth paste.
- Add to hot milk while stirring constantly.
- Add chopped dates, remaining ghee, jaggery, cardamom, cinnamon.
- Cook on low heat (70°C) for 8-10 mins, stirring often, until thick.
- Garnish with nuts.
- Visual cue: thick, creamy, smooth.
- Serve warm.
- Heat level: low.
