- Heat 15ml ghee, add cashews, raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
- Heat water and milk together (90°C).
- Add ragi flour to melted ghee very slowly while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook on low heat (70°C) for 5-7 mins, stirring often.
- Add hot water-milk mixture gradually while stirring.
- Add jaggery, cardamom, cinnamon.
- Cook 8-10 mins until thick, stirring often.
- Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
- Visual cue: thick pudding, smooth, creamy.
- Serve warm.
- Heat level: low.
