👩‍🍳 How to make Ragi Halwa

  1. Heat 15ml ghee, add cashews, raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
  2. Heat water and milk together (90°C).
  3. Add ragi flour to melted ghee very slowly while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook on low heat (70°C) for 5-7 mins, stirring often.
  5. Add hot water-milk mixture gradually while stirring.
  6. Add jaggery, cardamom, cinnamon.
  7. Cook 8-10 mins until thick, stirring often.
  8. Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
  9. Visual cue: thick pudding, smooth, creamy.
  10. Serve warm.
