👩‍🍳 How to make Puffed Rice Sweet

  1. Heat 5ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
  2. Melt jaggery in 3ml ghee on low heat (60°C) for 2-3 mins, stirring.
  3. Add puffed rice, cardamom, mix quickly and gently.
  4. Add fried cashews and raisins.
  5. Cool 5 mins.
  6. Shape into balls with oiled hands.
  7. Visual cue: balls formed, light golden, firm.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
  9. Heat level: low.
