👩🍳 How to make Puffed Rice Sweet
- Heat 5ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
- Melt jaggery in 3ml ghee on low heat (60°C) for 2-3 mins, stirring.
- Add puffed rice, cardamom, mix quickly and gently.
- Add fried cashews and raisins.
- Cool 5 mins.
- Shape into balls with oiled hands.
- Visual cue: balls formed, light golden, firm.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Heat level: low.
