  1. Roughly crush roasted peanuts.
  2. Melt jaggery in heavy pan on low heat (60°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring.
  3. Add peanuts, mix thoroughly and quickly.
  4. Pour onto ghee and oil-coated tray, flatten slightly.
  5. Cool 15-20 mins.
  6. Break into pieces when firm.
  7. Visual cue: crispy, golden, peanuts visible.
  8. Store in airtight jar.
  9. Heat level: low.
