- Roughly crush roasted peanuts.
- Melt jaggery in heavy pan on low heat (60°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring.
- Add peanuts, mix thoroughly and quickly.
- Pour onto ghee and oil-coated tray, flatten slightly.
- Cool 15-20 mins.
- Break into pieces when firm.
- Visual cue: crispy, golden, peanuts visible.
- Store in airtight jar.
- Heat level: low.
