👩🍳 How to make Millet Roti with Bottle Gourd Dal
- Rotis: mix jowar and bajra flour with water and salt (2 mins).
- Divide into 4 balls.
- Heat griddle to high (115°C).
- Roll to 6-inch circle.
- Cook 1 min, flip, 45 secs, brush oil.
- For dal: heat oil, add mustard seeds, ginger (30 secs).
- Add dal, bottle gourd, turmeric, salt, water.
- Bring to boil (100°C), reduce to low (65°C), cover, cook 20-25 mins until both soft.
- Serve 1 roti per person with dal.
- Visual cue: rotis puffed, dal creamy.
- Heat level: low.
