  1. Mix wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds.
  2. Add fenugreek leaves, chilies.
  3. Add water gradually, knead soft dough (3 mins).
  4. Divide into 4 balls.
  5. Heat griddle to high (120°C).
  6. Roll dough to 6-inch circle (3mm thick).
  7. Cook 1 min per side (lightly brown at 115°C).
  8. Brush oil on cooked side.
  9. Visual cue: light brown spots, aromatic.
  10. Serve hot with curd.
