- Mix wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds.
- Add fenugreek leaves, chilies.
- Add water gradually, knead soft dough (3 mins).
- Divide into 4 balls.
- Heat griddle to high (120°C).
- Roll dough to 6-inch circle (3mm thick).
- Cook 1 min per side (lightly brown at 115°C).
- Brush oil on cooked side.
- Visual cue: light brown spots, aromatic.
- Serve hot with curd.
