👩🍳 How to make Lilva Kachori
- Dough: knead flour, salt, oil, water (3 mins), rest 30 mins.
- Filling: cook pigeon peas with turmeric, salt (10 mins), mash.
- Heat 5ml oil, add cumin, ginger, chilies (30 secs), mix into peas.
- Divide dough into 8 balls.
- Roll to thin circle (4-inch), place 1 tbsp filling in center, fold and seal edges.
- Heat oil to 170°C.
- Fry 2-3 mins per side until golden brown.
- Visual cue: crispy, golden, filling set.
- Serve warm.
