👩‍🍳 How to make Jaggery Porridge

  1. Heat 15ml ghee, fry whole wheat flour on low heat (70°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring, until nutty aroma.
  2. Add 5ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
  3. Heat milk and water (90°C).
  4. Add to flour while stirring constantly.
  5. Add jaggery, cardamom.
  6. Cook on low heat (70°C) for 5-7 mins, stirring, until thick.
  7. Garnish with nuts.
  8. Visual cue: thick pudding, smooth, warm.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Heat level: low.
