👩🍳 How to make Jaggery Porridge
- Heat 15ml ghee, fry whole wheat flour on low heat (70°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring, until nutty aroma.
- Add 5ml ghee, fry cashews and raisins (1 min at 90°C), remove.
- Heat milk and water (90°C).
- Add to flour while stirring constantly.
- Add jaggery, cardamom.
- Cook on low heat (70°C) for 5-7 mins, stirring, until thick.
- Garnish with nuts.
- Visual cue: thick pudding, smooth, warm.
- Serve immediately.
- Heat level: low.
