👩🍳 How to make Jaggery and Sesame Fudge
- Dry roast sesame seeds on low heat (70°C) for 2-3 mins until fragrant.
- Melt jaggery in heavy-bottomed pan on low heat (60°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring.
- Add roasted sesame quickly, mix thoroughly (stirring constantly 1 min).
- Pour onto ghee and oil-coated tray, flatten slightly with back of spoon.
- Cool 15-20 mins.
- Break into pieces when firm.
- Visual cue: crispy, golden, set.
- Store in airtight jar.
- Heat level: low.
