👩‍🍳 How to make Green Gram Porridge

  1. Soak moong dal 2 hours, grind to smooth paste.
  2. Heat ghee, add cashews, cook 1 min (90°C), remove.
  3. Add moong paste, cook 3-4 mins on medium heat (stirring).
  4. Add water, milk, jaggery, cardamom, salt.
  5. Cook 8-10 mins on low heat (65°C) until thick.
  6. Garnish with cashews, raisins.
  7. Serve warm.
