👩🍳 How to make Green Gram Porridge
- Soak moong dal 2 hours, grind to smooth paste.
- Heat ghee, add cashews, cook 1 min (90°C), remove.
- Add moong paste, cook 3-4 mins on medium heat (stirring).
- Add water, milk, jaggery, cardamom, salt.
- Cook 8-10 mins on low heat (65°C) until thick.
- Garnish with cashews, raisins.
- Serve warm.
