👩‍🍳 How to make Gram Flour Fudge

  1. Heat 20ml ghee, roast gram flour on low heat (70°C) for 4-5 mins, stirring, until fragrant and slightly darker.
  2. Add jaggery, remaining ghee, cardamom, cinnamon, milk powder if using.
  3. Cook on low heat (70°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan.
  4. Pour onto oiled tray, flatten evenly.
  5. Cool 30 mins.
  6. Cut into squares.
  7. Visual cue: firm squares, golden brown.
  8. Store in airtight jar.
  9. Heat level: low.
