👩🍳 How to make Gram Flour Fudge
- Heat 20ml ghee, roast gram flour on low heat (70°C) for 4-5 mins, stirring, until fragrant and slightly darker.
- Add jaggery, remaining ghee, cardamom, cinnamon, milk powder if using.
- Cook on low heat (70°C) for 3-4 mins, stirring constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan.
- Pour onto oiled tray, flatten evenly.
- Cool 30 mins.
- Cut into squares.
- Visual cue: firm squares, golden brown.
- Store in airtight jar.
- Heat level: low.
