👩‍🍳 How to make Gram Flour Curry

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, onions (2 mins, golden).
  2. Add ginger, chilies, tomatoes, cook 1 min.
  3. Mix gram flour with 100ml water to smooth paste.
  4. Slowly add to pan while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt, remaining water.
  6. Cook on low heat (70°C) for 10-12 mins, stirring often.
  7. Add coriander.
  8. Should be medium thick gravy.
  9. Serve with rice.
