- Boil water with salt (100°C).
- Add rice, cook 10 mins.
- Add corn kernels, turmeric, milk, cook 8-10 mins on low heat (70°C).
- Add ghee.
- Stir until creamy consistency.

- Stir in jaggery if desired.
