  1. Boil water with salt (100°C).
  2. Add rice, cook 10 mins.
  3. Add corn kernels, turmeric, milk, cook 8-10 mins on low heat (70°C).
  4. Add ghee.
  5. Stir until creamy consistency.
  6. Visual cue: corn soft, rice cooked, porridge thick.
  7. Stir in jaggery if desired.
  8. Serve hot.
