  2. Add water gradually, knead soft dough (2 mins).
  3. Divide into 4 balls.
  4. Heat griddle to medium-high (115°C).
  5. Roll dough between cloth to 5-inch circle (4mm).
  6. Slap onto griddle, cook 1.5 mins, flip, cook 45 secs.
  7. Brush oil.
  8. Visual cue: golden spots, pliable.
